About us

Bluenile is a UK Fashion Design and Manufacturing company based in the heart of North London and within easy walking distance of Wood Green tube station. Bluenile has been established for over 20 years and now has a creative and technical team of over 40 based in the UK studio. We also have a UK warehouse facility, an office and warehouse in Romania and an office opening in the coming months in Istanbul, Turkey. This enables us to provide a quick and focused response to the needs of the customer.

Bluenile is a young design led company with a strong team of in-house Designers, creative pattern cutters and sample machinists who constantly strive to produce new and exciting womenswear designs. Our Design and Sales teams did regularly travel (pre-Covid) to the fashion capitals to identify new trends and ensure we stay ahead of the competition. We love hunting out the latest vintage shops and markets and we love finding new and original sources of inspiration. We work closely with each customer to create individual ranges from the latest fabrics and trims available on the market, sourcing from the Far East, Europe & Turkey.

Our Manufacturing

We manufacture our products in Romania, Ukraine, Tunisia, Sri Lanka and Turkey  with a capacity of around 200,000+ units per month and working on an average turnaround of 8 to 10 weeks. All our factories are audited and fully comply with ethical codes of conduct. We also have a Romanian office based in Ploiesti, so our teams can regularly travel to our manufacturing units to check and monitor quality and compliance and liaise with our technical team in London. A Turkey office is in the process of being established with the purpose of having our own team on the ground.
